Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, offering professional and proactive assistance in all business matters.
- Calendar & Diary Management: Coordinate and maintain the CEO s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, while prioritizing urgent requests and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Administrative Excellence: Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations; manage documentation; and streamline workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Confidentiality: Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with absolute integrity and professionalism.
- Operational Coordination: Anticipate the CEO s needs, support decision-making processes, and ensure the CEO is fully prepared for all engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
