Roles & Responsibilities

As a Platinum Programme Coordinator you will coordinate and manage partnerships with multiple vendors to onboard on the Platinum programme, delivering a consistent, accurate, efficient and, responsive, customer-oriented service while achieving department target objectives. Develop a detailed understanding of the Customer Journey with a focus on providing meaningful customer offerings. Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to support continuous offers and events through content/account management and enhance the product offered to members.

In this role, you will:

  • Be the initial point of contact between vendors and the Platinum Programme Team, ensuring all registration, negotiation, onboarding and publication of offers are followed as per the process.
  • Assist with the negotiation, keeping an accurate record of the offers, regular verification and validation, and ensuring that the Platinum Officer and Specialist are updated on the status of offers.
  • Track and communicate with the Platinum Programme Specialist and Officer on any upcoming contracts due to expire and propose renewals based on usage and popularity.
  • Liaise with partners to ensure all offers, social events and partners are registered as suppliers by following the agreed registration process in place. Support the Platinum Programme team with the process of events, including invoices and manual registration when needed. Handle meeting arrangements, claims, minutes and other admin support to ensure the smooth processing and running of the programme.
  • Coordinate with the Platinum Programme Officer to prepare and update all content for the official app such as advertisement, vendor discounts and special offers ensuring all messaging is relevant and engaging. Ensure accurate imaging and copy artwork is uploaded. Keep track of any feedback or questions received with regards to this platform and manage any website issues, outages or bugs with the website supplier.
  • Support the department by organizing weekly and monthly events and promotions and managing all the logistics related to it.

Desired Candidate Profile

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • 4+ experience in administration or Human Resources roles.
  • Experience in Product Management or Partnership Account Supervision is preferred.
  • Customer relationship supervisory is essential.
  • Proven ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in use of various Microsoft Office packages, other social media package.
  • Knowledge in Sales and/or Commercial is an advantage.
