Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sell the full range of products to assigned customers and achieve agreed sales targets.

  • Maintain stale product levels below the target set by the supervisor.

  • Follow approved call frequencies and daily route plans to ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct daily and weekly vehicle checks and report any defects to the supervisor.

  • Ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders with complete details.

  • Maintain agreed customer stock levels to minimize out-of-stock issues.

  • Implement in-store merchandising as directed by the supervisor.

  • Report competitor activities in the assigned territory.

  • Reconcile daily cheques, cash, and credit sales.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree or Equivalent.

  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in Sales & Account building

  • Must hold a valid U.A.E Drivers license

  • Good communication and negotiation skills
