Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Analyze process performance and identify the most suitable solutions.

To monitor technological developments and introduce new processes (integration of new resources, disruptive projects, new technologies, etc.)

Supporting the qualification of new processes

Lead and contribute to improvement projects (Lean Six Sigma, One Safran, participatory innovation, etc.)

Supporting the implementation of new projects.

Coaching DMAIC project leaders

Develop a culture of continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma training (QRQC, Work Balance, 5S, Participative Innovation, etc.).

Facilitating participatory innovation within the entity
