Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap for FinOps and financial systems initiatives
Translate financial and cost data into clear product requirements
Drive FinOps practices including budgeting, forecasting, tagging, and optimization
Own integrations with Oracle ERP and Microsoft Dynamics Finance
Partner with Engineering, Finance, and DevOps teams
Present financial insights and recommendations to leadership
Manage backlog, sprint planning, and Agile delivery
What Success Looks Like
Improved financial visibility across the platform
Strong cost predictability and optimization
Alignment between product roadmap and financial systems
Trusted product partner to Finance and Engineering leadership
Desired Candidate Profile
Must-Have:
6+ years of Product Management experience
Hands-on experience with Oracle Financials and/or Microsoft Dynamics Finance
Strong understanding of FinOps or financial governance in technology platforms
Ability to translate financial data into product decisions Nice-to-Have:
Experience in fintech, payments, or digital rewards
Exposure to cloud cost tooling or large-scale cloud environments
