Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of Bentley s Geotechnical solutions to both new and existing users.
- Identify, qualify, and close inbound and outbound opportunities.
- Leverage LinkedIn and other social platforms to actively engage and nurture prospects.
- Design and execute targeted sales campaigns, including outcome-based live sessions.
- Build effective business plans to generate new opportunities and consistently exceed sales targets in your territory.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, through direct sales techniques and client meetings.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and manage opportunities in Salesforce while fully adhering to the Bentley Sales Process.
- Promote Bentley s value proposition to designers, engineers, contractors, and owners by aligning technical solutions with customer business objectives.
- Stay current with all Bentley commercial offerings, software policies, and solution updates.
- Negotiate sales and service agreements with professionalism and clarity.
- Confidently use social media and prospecting tools to drive engagement and pipeline growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales or engineering-related roles, preferably within an engineering organization.
- Open to engineers seeking to transition into technical sales.
- Bachelor s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering required, or equivalent training or experience; Master s degree preferred.
- Familiarity with Bentley PLAXIS or similar solutions (e.g., MIDAS, Dlubal, Rocscience).
- Strong English communication skills and Arabic are advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritise effectively, and collaborate across departments.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and general business applications.
