Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and maximize revenue from project sales( HVAC / Appliances)
Identify and engage potential clients through market research, networking, and tailored outreach strategies.
Conduct detailed needs analysis to understand client requirements and customize proposals that align with their goals.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the value of our solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project sales within the construction, engineering, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating strong business acumen.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade clients effectively.
