Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) with 5–10 years of UAE experience, specifically within the Dubai emirate. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison for all government‑related processes, ensuring smooth handling of visas, licenses, approvals, and regulatory requirements. This role involves daily interaction with various UAE government departments and requires strong Arabic communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and submit visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and related tasks through government portals such as MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA, etc.

  • Manage Pension registrations with GPSSA.

  • Visit government departments and service centers to submit documents, obtain approvals, and complete required procedures.

  • Stay updated on UAE government regulations, policy changes, and compliance requirements.

  • Ensure timely processing of all company and employee‑related government documentation.

  • Maintain accurate records of all PRO activities and submissions.


Desired Candidate Profile


  • 5–10 years of UAE PRO experience, with strong exposure to Dubai government procedures.

  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.

  • UAE driving license required.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and government portals.

  • Excellent communication, follow‑up, and organizational skills.

  • Preferred: Native Arabic‑speaking candidates (Emirati – male).
