Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily front desk operations, including greeting clients, answering phones, and managing correspondence with precision.
Coordinate and schedule property viewings and meetings, optimizing schedules for maximum efficiency and client satisfaction.
Prepare and manage real estate documents, contracts, and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly, fostering positive relationships and maintaining property upkeep.
Handle tele-sales calls for promoting real estate properties
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
Possess at least 1 years of experience in real estate administration or front office management, showcasing a strong understanding of property operations.
Demonstrate proficiency in English and any other languages is a plus, facilitating effective communication with a diverse clientele.
Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills, enabling the candidate to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
