Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Assist in preparing documents for audits and compliance checks.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation systems accurately.
- Coordinate internal meetings, schedules, and appointments.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and procurement.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors regarding financial transactions.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners and real estate platfroms
- Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Support all administrative tasks, such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and leave records.
- Ensure office facilities are properly maintained and address operational issues.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Assist management with special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and on time.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
- Assist with payroll preparation and related documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager or Senior Accountant.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Min 1-2 years of administrative experience in a real estate or property management environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and real estate software (e.g., CRM, MLS).
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology, contracts, and documentation processes.
