Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
-Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market
-Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
-Conduct property viewings and site visits with clients
-Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options
-Work on company-provided leads and conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients
-Convert leads into successful sales opportunities through effective communication and relationship building
-Maintain a database of properties and clients
-Negotiate property prices and terms between buyers and sellers
-Prepare and manage property-related documentation and agreements
-Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Desired Candidate Profile
-Proven experience in real estate, sales, or customer service (01–5 years )
-Strong sales and negotiation skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Knowledge of local property market and regulations
-Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
