Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Lead end-to-end recruitment for real estate agents, accountants, videographers, and other staff. - Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent within the UAE real estate market. - Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and manage offer negotiations. 2. Onboarding & Employee Relations - Design and oversee smooth onboarding processes for new hires. - Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws. - Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive workplace culture. 3. HR Operations & Compliance - Draft, review, and manage employment contracts. - Ensure company policies align with UAE legal requirements. - Handle visa processing, renewals, and other government-related HR documentation. 4. Performance & Development - Support management in setting KPIs and monitoring staff performance. - Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs. - Assist in building a motivated, high-performing team aligned with company goals. 5. Strategic HR Partner - Work closely with senior management to streamline hiring and reduce workload. - Provide insights on workforce planning and retention strategies. - Contribute to building a professional, efficient, and growth-oriented organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented HR professional with proven experience in the UAE real estate sector. The ideal candidate will: - Have strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices. - Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English. - Be highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously. - Show initiative in problem-solving and decision-making, ensuring smooth HR operations. - Be adaptable, resourceful, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Most importantly, be ready to start immediately and take ownership of building a strong workforce that supports the company’s growth.
