Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for our company. This vital role involves managing the front office and providing essential administrative support to ensure our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Serve as the primary greeter for all visitors, clients, and employees, providing a warm and welcoming experience. Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages and providing basic information as needed. Manage the reception area and common spaces, ensuring they remain tidy, organized, and presentable. Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, distributing them to the appropriate recipients. Provide clerical and administrative support to staff, which may include data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning. Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings. Maintain and monitor office supply inventory, placing orders to ensure adequate stock. Perform ad-hoc administrative duties and assist with special projects as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role, demonstrating a strong understanding of office procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential for managing documents and communications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for interacting with visitors, clients, and colleagues.
