Roles & Responsibilities

* Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner * Answer and route phone calls efficiently * Manage appointments and maintain the reception area * Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks * Provide support to management when needed

Desired Candidate Profile

* Female candidate * Fluent in English & Tagalog * Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is a plus * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Presentable, organized, and able to multitask * Basic computer skills (Email, MS Office, scheduling tools) * Immediate joining is required
