Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source and attract top construction talent by proactively engaging with industry professionals and leveraging specialized job boards.
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies tailored to the unique demands of the construction sector, from skilled trades to project management.
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings, including technical assessments and behavioral interviews, to ensure a strong fit for demanding project environments.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical construction roles, anticipating future project needs and workforce fluctuations.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand project scopes, technical requirements, and team dynamics.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Demonstrated understanding of construction trades, project management methodologies, and relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA).
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment marketing technologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities to secure top talent in a competitive market.
