- Has 4 5 years recruiting experience across multiple functions (software engineering, data, marketing, finance, etc)
- Screens high volumes of CVs and conducts structured interviews
- Keeps pipelines clean, notes accurate, and communication prompt
- Works fast and objectively using clear scorecards
