Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Recruiteron a contract basis to support our expansion and manage end-to-end hiring for healthcare professionals across multiple specialties and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles within the healthcare sector.
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure strong alignment with department heads to understand workforce needs.
  • Handle offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment dashboards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment partners and agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour and healthcare licensing requirements (MOH/DHA/DOH).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in healthcare recruitment (clinics, hospitals, or medical groups).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare licensing and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), and ATS tools.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
