Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive Remote Recruiter to drive our talent acquisition efforts.
You will manage the full hiring lifecycle, sourcing top talent and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Proven ability to build talent pipelines and screen candidates efficiently.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack).
- Strong communication, time-management, and ability to work autonomously.
Desired Candidate Profile

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Source active and passive candidates using platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and social networks.
- Conduct structured virtual interviews and assess candidate fit for remote work.
- Maintain accurate pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and coordinate feedback with hiring managers.
