Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • - Updating Recruitment tracker daily
  • - Preparing employee contract
  • - Sending required welcome and information emails
  • - Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • - Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with relevant hiring teams.
  • - Coordinate and follow up on interview feedback.
  • - Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • - Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment databases.
  • - Assist in employer branding initiatives and career events.
  • Prepare offer letters and support onboarding activities
  • - Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable laws and internal policies
  • · Arrange airport pick ups
  • Arrange and book induction presentations
  • Update and maintain reports and data for recruitment, visas and visas for NR on data base.
  • Input data accurately into all tracking spreadsheets per established procedures
  • Provide backup assistance for other HR team members.
  • Participation in all HR team meetings and in all regularly scheduled meetings (employee orientation etc.)
  • Participation in training sessions.
  • Participates in special projects and any other activities required to support the successful functioning of the organization, as and when requested
  • Prepare demand letters to Embassy
  • Prepare flights, accommodation and travel itinerary for delegates
  • Prepare documents including draft contracts, Employee Information Form, Group Security check sheet, uniform guidelines
  • Ensure flights are booked by employee / company and schedule appropriately
  • ·Send arrival emails to relevant parties in advance

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3-5 years HR experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.

Minimum 2 years in a HR experience in Bulk hiring.

Facilities Management industry experiences is mandatory

Visa processing experiences an advantage
