Key Responsibilities Manpower Planning & Requirement Gathering Coordinate with project managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications. Prepare recruitment plans for bulk hiring and mass mobilization for projects. Forecast manpower needs based on project timelines and operational demands. Overseas Sourcing & Agency Coordination Identify and coordinate with overseas recruitment agencies Arrange recruitment campaigns, interviews, and trade tests in source countries. Manage agency contracts, recruitment fees, and compliance requirements. Candidate Sourcing & Screening Source candidates through various recruitment channels e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews or technical assessments. Shortlist candidates according to job requirements and client specifications. Trade Testing & Client Coordination Arrange trade tests for skilled workers Coordinate client interviews and final selection. Documentation & Compliance Verify candidate documents: Prepare Recruitment documentation such as internal approvals, offer letters, etc. Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations. Visa Processing & Mobilization Coordinate with PRO / government relations teams Arrange flight bookings and deployment schedules for selected candidates. Track candidate mobilization and joining status.
