Roles & Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Planning & Coordination
  • Understand manpower requirements from department managers and prepare recruitment plans.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
  • Post job openings on appropriate job boards, social media, and other channels.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening
  • Source potential candidates through online platforms, networking, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Review applications, screen resumes, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess qualifications and fit
  • Interview & Selection Process
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare interview questions and evaluation forms.
  • Assist in conducting interviews and participate in candidate assessments.
  • Onboarding Support
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing employment offers and contracts.
  • Support smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline
  • Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for future openings
  • Reporting & Compliance
  • Maintain recruitment records and prepare hiring reports.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and equal employment opportunity regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS or ATS systems
