Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on engineering and BIM/CAD roles.
Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with remote teams and managing virtual recruitment processes.
Strong understanding of engineering disciplines and BIM/CAD technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
