Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the organization.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions and specifications.

Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to attract qualified candidates.

Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview schedules with relevant departments.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress.

Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.

Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote Etoile as an employer of choice in the food and hospitality industry.

Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and quality-of-hire, to optimize hiring strategies.

Stay updated on labor market trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure competitive hiring processes.

Support onboarding and orientation activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company culture.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the food, hospitality, or retail sectors.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.

Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations in Egypt.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
