Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization, from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Nile Recycling as an employer of choice.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to HR leadership.
Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
Coordinate employee performance evaluations and track progress on development plans
Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs to foster a positive work environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
