Roles & Responsibilities

Handle full recruitment cycle for blue-collar and white-collar positions

  • Manage mass hiring for factory workers
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower needs
  • Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and follow up hiring processes
  • Prepare recruitment reports and recruitment KPIs
  • Support onboarding and hiring documentation

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 2 4 years in recruitment

  • Solid experience in blue-collar mass hiring is a must
  • Very good command of Microsoft Office
  • Good English level
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
