Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Regional Business Development and Sales Manager carries out overall business development activities and sales management for KMASS THERMAL EQUIPMENT products and services, within Middle East, Africa and parts of Asia.
The Business Development and Sales Manager is responsible for registering K‑MASS products and services securing approvals with end users, EPCs/contractors, valve manufacturers, and actuator manufacturers, and for delivering the assigned sales budget by developing and executing effective sales strategies across multiple market segments, working in close coordination with the management.
Commercial: Actively promotes the company’s products and services. Seeks out and secures business opportunities, maintaining key relationships with end users / contractors / valve manufacturers / actuator manufacturers to drive sales growth and profitability. Tracks business opportunities, devise and implement sales strategies.
Manage offers submission and follow-up of offers, oversee commercial negotiations and order execution, ensuring client satisfaction and enhancing the company’s brand visibility.
Financial: Establish the yearly sales/stock budget in liaison with the management. Design and implement the sales/stock strategy in liaison with management to ensure the budget is met or exceeded.
Monitor monthly sales activity and performance, track overdue receivable, take proactive measures to maximise turnover and overall profitability for the Company.
Operational: Manage enquiry review / offer preparations / technical submissions / orders / stock and inventory management as per the company policies (Compliance, Quality and pricing)
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years’ experience at an internationally reputed valve and/or actuator manufacturer, primarily within the GCC market.
Strong technical knowledge of valve automation and actuators, preferably with experience in the energy sector.
Demonstrated expertise in sales and business development, with a proven track record of achieving commercial objectives.
Strong negotiation skills with solid understanding of business and commercial principles.
High level of self‑motivation, supported by a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
Ability to apply strategic thinking to business development and market growth.
Comprehensive understanding of the project lifecycle, from tendering through execution and delivery.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems, with strong general computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new software tools.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required by business needs.
