Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee food production and kitchen operations across assigned stores
  • Maintain consistent quality, taste, portioning, and presentation
  • Develop and standardize menus, recipes, and production processes
  • Train, mentor, and support store-level chefs and kitchen teams
  • Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
  • Work with procurement teams on sourcing, food costing, and inventory control
  • Implement initiatives to reduce wastage and improve operational efficiency
  • Conduct regular store visits and provide guidance for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management
  • 10+ years of experience as Executive Chef/Head Chef, preferably in retail, hypermarket, or large-scale production
  • Strong leadership, menu planning, and operational management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards; ability to travel across locations.
