Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee food production and kitchen operations across assigned stores
- Maintain consistent quality, taste, portioning, and presentation
- Develop and standardize menus, recipes, and production processes
- Train, mentor, and support store-level chefs and kitchen teams
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
- Work with procurement teams on sourcing, food costing, and inventory control
- Implement initiatives to reduce wastage and improve operational efficiency
- Conduct regular store visits and provide guidance for continuous improvement.
- Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management
- 10+ years of experience as Executive Chef/Head Chef, preferably in retail, hypermarket, or large-scale production
- Strong leadership, menu planning, and operational management skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards; ability to travel across locations.
