Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Minimum of 15 years of experience in FMCG sales in UAE, with at least 5 years as Sales Manager, Key Account Manager (Carrefour, Lulu , Nesto & Coop) or Regional Sales Manager having independently handled a region / branch
- Sales Operation - To deliver the business objective for the MT-7 key accounts and the Dubai branch operations. Manage a team of direct & indirect reporters comprising of Sales, merchandising, accounts and warehouse operations by having SOP for each role, ensure timely and correct recruitment, training and development.
- Key Account Management – Will directly manage the top 6-7 Key Accounts including Carrefour, Lulu, Nesto & the COOPs. Will be responsible for negotiation of BDAs and other visibility contracts. Quarterly / half yearly business reviews with these top customers. Monthly promotion & brand initiatives planning & execution in alignment with shopper marketing team.
- AOP Deliverables – Sales by volume & value monthly, quarterly & annual by categories & channels. To ensure that AOP plan is delivered within the assigned TME budget as aligned and agreed with the business. P&L responsibility for the assigned branch / region.
- Customer Accounts Receivables & DSO – Timely collection of the customer receivables as per the BDA terms. Ensure timely reconciliation of customers’ accounts by working closely with the branch accounts team. Report any unauthorized deductions by customers to the Head of Sales & Shopper marketing team and ensure the reversal of the same.
- Reporting & Business reviews
- Weekly / Monthly review with sales team
- Weekly / Monthly review with Head of Sales & SMM
- Monthly SnOP meeting with demand planning team to always ensure proper stock availability.
- Market visits report to ensure full awareness of the level of exposure, implementation and developments in the stores
- Competitor activity tracking & reporting
- Monthly account receivable & reconciliation meeting with the accounts & sales team
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships with key accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Experience in Frozen Food Industry is highly preferred.
