Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager (RM) with experience in the Forex / FX trading industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving trading volume, and ensuring high client satisfaction through continuous engagement and support.
Manage and maintain relationships with existing Forex trading clients
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, support, and issue resolution
Regularly engage with clients to increase trading activity and retention
Assist clients with platform understanding (MT4/MT5 or similar) and trading processes
Coordinate with internal teams (dealing, support, compliance) to ensure smooth operations
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company products and services
Monitor client performance and provide insights or guidance where required
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term engagement
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities in CRM systems
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Relationship Manager / Account Manager in Forex industry
Strong understanding of Forex trading, platforms (MT4/MT5), and market basics
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
Target-driven with focus on client retention and trading volume growth
Existing portfolio of Forex clients is an added advantage
Multilingual candidates are preferred
Experience working with international clients
Strong understanding of financial markets and trading behavior
