• Identify and contact potential clients through outbound calls. Utilize databases, CRM systems, and industry contacts to build a robust pipeline of leads.
• Clearly articulate the benefits of our stock brokerage services, including trading platforms, investment options, and financial advice.
• Conduct sales pitches, handle objections, and close deals effectively. Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, providing updates on market trends, and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and lead status in our CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies. Provide clients with accurate information and adhere to ethical sales practices.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide relevant information to clients and enhance sales strategies.

Preference will be given to candidates who:

1. Have experience as a customer handling, demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate complex market concepts.

2. Teamwork, handling the pressure and providing al the data at given time.

3. Have the capability to create and maintain excel sheets.
