Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage and develop the F&B service team through coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, health and safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Monitor financial performance, including revenue targets, cost control, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu design, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Maintain a visible presence on the floor to lead by example and ensure smooth service.
  • Drive sales through exceptional guest engagement and innovative marketing ideas.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support hotel-wide events and VIP dining experiences.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and luxury service excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 4 6 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management within a luxury hotel.

  • Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver financial results.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of fine dining operations and international cuisine.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as French or Arabic are an advantage.
