Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for providing complete customer satisfaction by ensuring that the restaurant provides all necessary services and anticipating, and meeting guests needs and requests.
- Oversee restaurant performance to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain food quality and consistency while meeting budget and profit targets.
- Address guest complaints and requests promptly to enhance the dining experience.
- Lead daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
- Conduct team meetings to communicate updates, feedback, and improvement plans.
- Ensure staff appearance, hygiene, and adherence to brand dress code.
- Provide training, coaching, and feedback to support team development.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Implement departmental policies and monitor adherence to operational procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- BA degree in Hospitality from a reputable university
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English and Italian language skill is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills
