Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for providing complete customer satisfaction by ensuring that the restaurant provides all necessary services and anticipating, and meeting guests needs and requests.

  • Oversee restaurant performance to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain food quality and consistency while meeting budget and profit targets.
  • Address guest complaints and requests promptly to enhance the dining experience.
  • Lead daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
  • Conduct team meetings to communicate updates, feedback, and improvement plans.
  • Ensure staff appearance, hygiene, and adherence to brand dress code.
  • Provide training, coaching, and feedback to support team development.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Implement departmental policies and monitor adherence to operational procedures.
