Roles & Responsibilities

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing the front-of-house team, maintaining service quality, implementing operational standards, and driving revenue through guest satisfaction, upselling, and strong floor presence.

This role is ideal for someone coming from a fine dining or premium restaurant background, who leads by example on the floor, and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences while maintaining strong discipline in operations.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5 7+ years of experience in restaurant operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate FOH teams (hosts, waiters, runners, bar, etc.)
  • Experience in managing daily reservations, floor plans, guest flow, and peak-hour performance
  • Comfortable working with POS systems, basic reporting, and daily sales tracking
  • Strong focus on cleanliness, maintenance follow-up, and ensuring the restaurant always looks ready for service
  • Excellent communication skills (Arabic and/or English) with a professional, guest-focused attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling pressure while staying calm and solution-oriented
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5 7+ years of experience in restaurant operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role

- Mandatory: Previous experience in fine dining or premium casual dining concepts

- Strong knowledge of service standards, table-side etiquette, sequence of service, beverage basics, and guest-relations best practices
