Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Manage staff scheduling and training.
Ensure high standards of food quality and service.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
Monitor inventory and order supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Control costs and maximize revenue.
Implement health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of restaurant management software.
Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
