Roles & Responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Retail Salesperson based in Maleha, Sharjah, UAE. The Retail Salesperson will be the first point of contact for customers entering the store, providing friendly assistance and expert guidance on footwear, socks, and related products. Responsibilities include helping customers find the right fit and style, offering personalized product recommendations, handling sales transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor. Working closely with the team to achieve sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction is a key part of this role.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong footwear knowledge, including shoe types, sizing, comfort, and basic care

  • Experience or demonstrated ability in retail sales and closing customer transactions

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to engage customers confidently and provide personalized recommendations

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude

  • Previous retail or footwear sales experience is an advantage
