Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of media advertising clients for podcast and digital
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and agencies as a trusted commercial partner
Own the full sales cycle, including pipeline management, forecasting, and monthly targets
Develop tailored commercial proposals that deliver measurable value for clients
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and media landscape shifts to stay ahead in the market
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-impact campaigns and successful outcomes
Desired Candidate Profile
The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in B2B media sales.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful national sales strategies.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet revenue targets and deliver measurable business growth.
