Roles & Responsibilities
RedByte Technology is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role is critical to growing our presence across the UAE government and enterprise sectors, with a focus on infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
As a strategic partner of HPE, Dell, Microsoft, Fortinet, and Oracle, RedByte delivers end-to-end IT solutions that drive digital transformation and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of these technologies, proven experience working with enterprise and government clients, and a passion for delivering results.
Desired Candidate Profile
Build and manage long-term relationships with key clients across the UAE public and enterprise sectors
Identify, qualify, and convert new sales opportunities aligned with RedByte s solutions portfolio
Position and promote partner technologies through joint planning, workshops, and solution pitches
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including RFP responses, proposals, presentations, and deal closure
Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and client satisfaction
Monitor public sector trends, tender announcements, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business development strategy
Spend most of the time engaging directly with vendors (e.g., HPE, Dell, Microsoft, Fortinet, Oracle) and government or enterprise customers
