Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across assigned accounts in private healthcare sectors
- Act as a key advocate for clients to ensure they receive a high level of service from InterSystems
- Understand client business needs and help them achieve their operational and strategic goals through the effective use of InterSystems technologies.
- Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and product expansion within existing accounts.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing.
- Participate in strategic planning processes and develop account plans to ensure client s optimum return on their investment and the development of long term, secure and healthy revenue streams for InterSystems.
- Ensure client satisfaction through ongoing support and relationship management.
- Monitor client usage and adoption to identify expansion or support needs.
- Support the coordination of client projects with internal technical, delivery, and support teams.
- Participate in customer reviews, account governance meetings, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data
- Manage and monitor revenue, Accounts Receivable, and any contract renewals
- Assist in internal business reviews and accounts planning.
Desired Candidate Profile
2 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles (preferably in healthcare IT or enterprise software)
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
A genuine interest in healthcare technology, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions
Previous experience in managing and growing existing accounts
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to travel within the region.
