Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and streamline the sales order process, ensuring accurate entry and timely processing of customer orders.
  • Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring all information is current and accessible to the sales team.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports, providing insights that help drive sales strategies and improve performance.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to facilitate communication and resolve issues quickly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in business principles.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, demonstrating familiarity with sales processes.
