Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinating sales activities and assisting the sales team in achieving their targets.
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints and ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales data, customer interactions, and other relevant information.
- Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant data to the management team.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborating with other teams such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Managing inventory and ensuring timely product delivery to customers.
- Assisting in the development of sales strategies and tactics.
Retail sales with Hypermarket experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, ensuring consistent product placement and visibility.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and competitor offerings, enabling proactive sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional campaigns that resonate with target audiences..
- Analyze sales data to identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting achievements, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the toys or consumer goods industry, showcasing direct market knowledge.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, demonstrating an outcome-driven approach to sales.
- Experience in managing key accounts, with a focus on building long-term partnerships and client retention.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages, such as Arabic, is advantageous for diverse markets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, essential for engaging clients and closing deals effectively.
- Creative problem solver who can adapt strategies in a dynamic and competitive industry.
