Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
- Prospect via email, phone, LinkedIn and events.
- Research target accounts and understand pain points.
- Discovery & Qualification
- Run structured discovery calls to qualify prospects.
- Understand customer challenges and align product fit.
- Pipeline Collaboration
- Work closely with account executives and marketing to convert leads.
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and reporting.
- Brand Advocacy
- Represent the product with energy, clarity and professionalism.
- Attend events, demos and product workshops when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualifications
- 1 3 years in SDR, inside sales or lead generation.
- Exceptional communication skills and commercial drive.
- Experience in SaaS or HR tech is a plus.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience selling into HR, PeopleOps or Tech teams.
- Ability to speak additional languages.
