Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales objectives and targets monthly, quarterly and annually as assigned by management

  • After Sales Activities, customer correspondence and customer complaints or objections

  • Document project and sales related activities as per ISO procedure

  • Ensure ISO procedure compliance with regards to all documentation and processes

  • Establishing new contacts / Setting Up meetings and developing relationships with prospects / clients / consultants; recommending solutions follow up for payment/ receivables

  • Generate inquires and leads by identifying prospects (projects, contacts, consultants, contractors etc.), setting up meetings, delivering technical presentations, recommending solutions and developing relationships with them Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance; delivering technical presentations, researching and recommending new opportunities

  • Market awareness of ongoing projects, decision makers, expected project start dates, competitors etc. and able to forecast and present the same to management

  • Negotiate with customers on price, costs, delivery and specifications; job finalization, order handling and work completion sign off

  • Obtain sign on work completion certificate from client.

  • Prepare and check estimations for accuracy as per format and market/ customer situation ensuring compliance with specifications and client requirements

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers

  • Prepare, submit, follow up quotations and update CRM as per company procedures

  • Prepares reports for Management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information as per Management Approved Agenda Guideline Right selection of products and services to comply with specifications and client requirements

  • Study project specifications, drawings and requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must have a UAE driving license

  • 2-3 years of sales experience in building management system

  • Must be available in UAE for face-to-face interview
