Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming client enquiries and follow up promptly

  • Prepare and submit quotations, BOQs, and cost estimates

  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for pricing and specifications

  • Work on products such as:

  • Toilet cubicles

  • Operable / movable partitions

  • Dormitory / institutional fit-out packages

  • Assist in technical coordination with internal teams and vendors

  • Track enquiries, quotations, and order status

  • Support the sales team with documentation and project follow-ups

  • Ensure timely submission of proposals and compliance with client requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales & Estimation Coordinator with experience in toilet cubicles, operable partitions, or interior fit-out products. The ideal candidate will handle client enquiries, quotations, and coordination with suppliers and internal teams.


Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in:

  • Toilet cubicles / partition systems / fit-out industry

  • Experience in quotation preparation and estimation is essential

  • Familiarity with BOQs, specifications, and supplier coordination

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Ability to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines


Technical Skills

  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office

  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Experience with Canva / Photoshop is an advantage
