Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key travel agencies, corporate clients, and industry partners to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory or market.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2-8 years of sales experience, preferably within the airline or travel industry, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
Strong understanding of the airline industry, including fare structures, distribution channels, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
