Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Our client is a leading provider of PPE and industrial safety equipment across the UAE. They are seeking a proactive and well-connected Sales Executive to expand their footprint in the construction and oil & gas sectors.
This role is ideal for someone who combines deep market knowledge with strong client-facing skills and a proven ability to close high-value deals in technical B2B environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and close new business opportunities across construction, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.
- Build and nurture relationships with procurement teams, HSE managers, and decision-makers.
- Promote a full range of PPE and industrial safety solutions aligned with local regulations and safety standards.
- Conduct on-site visits, client meetings, and product demos to understand technical needs.
- Own the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to negotiation, proposal, and closing.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to refine positioning.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
- Collaborate with logistics and technical teams to ensure delivery and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions and networking events.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in PPE, safety equipment, MEP, or industrial products.
- Existing network in the UAE construction and/or oil & gas industries.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of UAE procurement processes and tendering cycles.
- Tech-savvy with CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Sales certifications or industry-specific training is a plus.
