Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, particularly in commercial kitchen equipment, food service, or hospitality projects, with a solid understanding of client handling, project coordination, and market development in the UAE.


Key Responsibility:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitality, catering, and commercial kitchen segments.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored product solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and site surveys.
  • Negotiate pricing and payment terms to close deals effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal design, technical, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the brand.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and new product developments.

Technical Skills Requires:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical understanding of kitchen design and equipment layout is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sales cycles from lead generation to closure.
  • Proficient in MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
