Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed rice sales targets within the B2B market.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs specific to the rice industry.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the unique requirements of each potential client.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company while maximizing profitability.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to closing deals and providing ongoing account management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing materials and campaigns to promote rice products.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the food or agricultural industry.
  • Experience in rice sales or a related commodity sales environment is highly preferred.
  • Exhibits strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Requires fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages relevant to target markets is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
