Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive / BDM to expand our client base and strengthen existing relationships in the UAE logistics and freight forwarding market. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, providing competitive solutions, and achieving revenue targets. Candidates must have a valid UAE driving license to meet client and operational requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and client requirements to recommend solutions and pricing.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and potential leads in the CRM system.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote company services and strengthen market presence.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE logistics market, shipping regulations, documentation, and customs procedures.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
