Overview:

As Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving adoption of cutting-edge AI platforms, building relationships with enterprise, government, and conglomerate clients. Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales of AI platforms across enterprise, government, and large corporates in the UAE.
- Prospect, pitch, demo, and manage the sales cycle from initial lead generation through to closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline reporting through CRM tools.
- Represent the business at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums.
Requirements:
- 2 years of B2B software sales experience in the UAE, with exposure to enterprise, government, or conglomerates.
- Proven track record managing the full sales cycle and achieving targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable selling AI and digital solutions, with the ability to quickly articulate value propositions.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and structured sales methodologies.
- High-energy, goal-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
- Valid UAE driving licence required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
