Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To drive business growth by converting leads into successful company formations through effective consultation, timely follow-ups, and professional relationship management. The Business Launch Advisor (Sales Executive) is responsible for guiding potential clients through the business setup journey, maintaining high conversion rates, delivering accurate information, and ensuring service excellence in line with brand values and sales performance expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong consultative sales and persuasive communication skills. • Excellent follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously. • High responsiveness, ownership, and time management. • Ability to explain complex business setup information clearly and confidently. • Client-focused mindset with empathy, professionalism, and service orientation. • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, both in-person and online. • Adaptability in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Resilience and positivity under pressure or client objections. • Attention to detail when providing pricing, documentation, or compliance guidance. • Team player with initiative and the ability to work independently.

Arabic Speaker is mandatory.
